ISIS has been developed for the two most commonly-used operating systems: Windows (2000 and XP only) and GNU/Linux (Red Hat, Fedora, Mandrake, Suse). You can download the two versions here:

To view PDF files you need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can download from here
Note: In ISIS for Linux the split key is Alt+/ and not Ctrl+/ as in Windows. This is the only place where layouts differ in Windows and Linux
